About Bill
Bill has been with CSI since 2006. He is a seasoned investigator with 20+ years of investigative experience conducting and teaching complex and sensitive investigations to investigators, agents, and students. Before joining CSI Bill served the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Office of Inspector General for 6 years. He retired from his post as a Regional Director. Bill earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management and holds a BS in Administration of Justice.
