About Nicole
Nicole has been with CSI’s background research department since 2010 and became Director of Investigative Research in 2014. She earned a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University. Nicole is trained in the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Nicole is a subject matter expert of investigative research and is a frequent presenter on the subject.
